ZOOOOOM!!!!

Kaoha nuiiiii!!! Another week has passed faster then expected. Transfers ended up happening and Elder Tingey left and Elder Nally ended up coming. We've been able to get a good plan going as to how we're going to work this transfer and we got some goals down that we're hoping to accomplish. This week is also exciting because we get to go to Tahiti two times for a conference as well as a cultural celebration. We will be celebrating 180 years since the arrival of the church in French Polynesia. It'll be exciting to see all the dances, hear people speaking, as well as hearing all the songs that will be sung.

Highlights:

- RAHERE GOT BAPTIZED, wow it was absolutely powerful. His father and mother were crying out of pure joy and all his family members came to support him.

- We decided to try and do some contacting in a neighborhood and it turned out to be packed. Not necessarily with a lot of people but rather with so many people that allowed us to have spiritual experiences. We met some people who were nice and weren't interested, other's that were interested and some inactive members as well

- We had some pretty fire lessons this past week and a good amount of members also joined us

- Went to Tahiti for a meeting with some other missionaries and got to see a few old companions of mine (Elder Hill, Elder Van Drimmelen, and Elder Lane) as well as some other Elders that I've lived in the same house with (Elder Spencer , and Elder Yates)

- Elder Nally got here and we immediately got to work. We had some pretty fire lessons and we both learned of each other's love for raising canes and Chick-fil-A.

- Finished this one neighborhood Elder Tingey and I started and tried contacting the last house that was all the way up in the mountain and it ended up being abandoned

- We had an amazing stake conference and got to hear from a lot of people who testified about baptism, missionary work and the love of our Heavenly Father in our lives. It was also so cool because there were some people from the Taharaa Ward that spoke and this one little boy memorized a 5ish minute speech like whaaat and then he invited everyone to follow Jesus and become like him. It was so cute

Lowlights:

- Elder Tingey got transferred

Spiritual Thought:

Mormon 8:24 "And he knoweth their prayers, that they were in behalf of their brethren. And he knoweth their faith, for in his name could they remove mountains"
