Ho Howzit Brah

Aloha Kakou,

Pretty quick email this week because we have a whole lot going on during this P-Day. We are currently trying to cook up 15 lbs of fries for a BBQ.

Highlights:

- Had another lesson with a family we found a week ago. They mentioned how they have seen a change in their son after he started going to church and taking lessons. The little boy is still very quiet but smiles all the time at church and is very intelligent.

- We had Stake Conférence this past weekend and were blessed to hear from some pretty amazing speakers who gave great talks.

- Found out transfer news and it turns out my companion will be leaving and I'll be staying. He's going to be headed off to the island of Huahine and I couldn't be more happier because he was dreaming of serving in that zone.

- Went to the market to pick up some new pants for Elder Spencer, slippers for Elder Brown and music stuff for Elder Neilson and took a quick stop to check out some pearls.

Lowlights:

- Invited one of our friends to be baptized and she said she needs to think about it more because she loves the church, Heavenly Father and Jesus Christ but has had bad experiences with religion in the past.

- Went around and said goodbye to a bunch of our friends this past week Sunday after stake conference. There was a whole lot of tears shed between Elder Neilson and our friends.

Spiritual Thought:

Joshua 1:9 "Have not I commanded thee? Be strong and of a good courage; be not afraid, neither be thou dismayed: for the Lord thy God is with thee whithersoever thou goest."

The Lord is always there my friends faaitoito e haere imua. (Good luck and keep on pressing forward).
